“Wings Over Akron ” Air Show, JUNE 14-15

This show, being produced with help from The Salvation Army is a family centered event that is entertaining and educational. The scheduled aircraft that will be attending include: the Akron-built Goodyear FG-1D Corsair, P-51D Mustang, B-24 Liberator, B-25 Mitchell, AD-4 Skyraider, PBY Catalina,
C-47 Skytrain, C-54 Skymaster, and many more. Aerobatic acts and several Military aircraft have been scheduled as well.

Guest will get to check out historic aircraft and talk with Veterans and active Military Personnel.

Presale tickets can be purchased on the website and at Acme Fresh Market Stores at $10.00 for adults and $7.00 for kids (ages 6-12). Tickets are $12.00 for adults and $9.00 for kids at the gate. Children under six years old who bring an empty coke can will be admitted free.

The gates open at 9:00 A.M. and close at 5:00 P.M.
